Natsuo is a high school student who is suffering from the crushing despair of unrequited love for his teacher, Hina. In an attempt to cheer himself up, he goes to a mixer where he meets a girl named Rui. They sleep together, expecting to never see each other again, but fate has other ideas. His life is suddenly complicated when his father returns home and announces that he has remarried a woman with two daughters whom Natsuo has previously met: Hina and Rui!
